Welcome to my open journal. My wife and I started Homebaker@Clover in 2015 from our home oven. We rode the rush of opening full-scale cafés, licensing across Malaysia, expanding our footprint... and eventually, making the difficult, deliberate decision to contract, restructure our debts, and rebuild around a disciplined central kitchen and lean micro-kiosks.
